Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for the Airport Customer Experience team at Milwaukee, ensuring stations meet FAA, TSA, DOT, FDA and company directives. You will document findings, escalate issues, and collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal subject matter experts to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

You will also coordinate with station leadership to review controls, investigate discrepancies, and support the airport operations in daily regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Ensure stations meet Local, Federal, and Corporate mandates and directives.
Maintain detailed records and present discrepancies to leadership or headquarters.
Investigate irregularities and interface with regulatory agencies and internal SMEs.
Coordinate with leadership and outside regulatory agencies.
Oversee safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct effective compliance reviews and resolve areas of concern.
Interact with GSE and Facility teams as needed.
