Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years leadership experience in fast-paced retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, retail technology, Microsoft Office, and standard store equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain product knowledge and execute operational and merchandising standards.
