Job summary

Flying Food Group is seeking a reliable CDL Class B Driver to join our team at the LAI operations site. The role involves safely operating hi‑lift catering trucks, loading food, beverages, and equipment onto aircraft, and complying with DOT, ramp safety, and airline loading standards.

You will perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and maintain cleanliness and safety on the ramp while coordinating with airline staff to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement.
• 1–2 years of large-truck driving experience.
• Airport environment experience and ramp safety knowledge.
• Familiarity with HACCP food safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Complete all required paperwork (logs, training records).
• Operate hi‑lift catering trucks and load/unload at docks.
• Follow airline loading guidelines and ensure secure loading.
• Adhere to airport ramp safety regulations and PPE.
• Ensure proper handling of regulated trash and food safety compliance.
