Job summary

ERMC Aviation in Seattle seeks a Cabin Supervisor to lead daily cabin operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will supervise staff, coordinate cleaning, and prepare cabins for boarding with attention to detail in seating, galleys and lavatories.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferably 2+ years of leadership in Airport/Airlines settings.
• Able to work in extreme conditions and small spaces.
• Eligible for security clearances after background check.
• Valid driver's license, SSN and third form of ID.
• Proficient with email and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Shifts may include extended hours to meet business needs.
• Able to work in cramped or high places and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Clean and service aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys and lavatories.
• Prepare cabin for boarding and departure; clean seats, pockets, floors and galleys.
• Handle and install passenger service furnishings per specifications, ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist Ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
• Perform FOD walks in ramp area between flights.
• Ensure ground equipment is available for flights.
• Read and interpret aircraft loading documents and safety labels.
• Perform related duties as assigned according to skill level and role.

Qualifications for Cabin Supervisor

• Four+ years of relevant experience.


• Preferably have 2+yrs of leadership Airport/Airlines setting.


• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.


• Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.


• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, a Social Security Card and a 3rd form of ID.


• Must know email and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.


• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.


• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet ways stairs.

Responsibilities for Cabin Supervisor

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.


• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.


• Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.


• Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.


• Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.


• Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.


• Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.


• Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.


• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
