Job summary

Ermc-Aviation-LL is seeking a Cabin Supervisor to oversee daily cabin operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality in aircraft interiors.

The role includes coordinating cleaning, provisioning, and readiness for boarding, with benefits such as travel privileges on Delta Airlines, paid holidays, insurance, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

  • Four+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably 2+ years in Airport/Airlines leadership.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions and small spaces.
  • Eligible for security clearances after background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, Social Security Card, and a 3rd form of ID.
  • Proficient in email and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Some shifts may require extended hours.
  • Able to work in cramped or high places and carry heavy items.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure.
  • Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies.
  • Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
  • Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
  • Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
  • Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities.

Qualifications for Cabin Supervisor


  • Four+ years of relevant experience.

  • Preferably have 2+yrs of leadership Airport/Airlines setting.

  • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.

  • Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, a Social Security Card and a 3rd form of ID.

  • Must know email and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.

  • Must be able to work in cramped or high places.

  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet ways stairs.


Responsibilities for Cabin Supervisor


  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.

  • Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.

  • Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.

  • Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.

  • Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.

  • Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.

  • Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.

  • Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
