Paradies Lagardère at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is seeking a Bartender to deliver first-class bar service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will greet guests, craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders, and ensure accuracy in a busy dining setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and standard beverage prep preferred.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification.
• Ability to work various shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide First Class Service standards and professional behavior with every guest, business partner, and team member.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming and engaging bar experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, consistently, and according to established recipes and standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter orders into the POS system efficiently.
• Monitor guests throughout their experience and anticipate additional needs while maintaining attentive and professional service.
• Verify guest identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Process guest payments accurately while following all Cash Handling and Loss Prevention procedures.
• Maintain proper cash drawer accountability and report discrepancies according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar, beverage stations, glassware, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Follow established recipes, portion controls, and beverage preparation standards to support consistency and cost control.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverage products and supplies.
• Support team operations by assisting with food running, guest service, cleaning, stocking, and other restaurant responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, leadership, and fellow team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership to support restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
