HMSHost is seeking a Bartender at Sarasota Bradenton Airport Location. You will greet customers, take orders, mix beverages, and serve drinks and food while handling payments efficiently. Uphold high service standards and communicate any issues to management.

This non-exempt role reports to store leadership and contributes to a positive guest experience. Qualifications include at least 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume or fast casual settings.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments per policies.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink/food orders, up-sell where appropriate.
• Follow recipes and directions to prepare beverages.
• Process payments and manage cash according to policy; secure funds.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar and comply with safety policies.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to management and servers.
