First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages, greet guests, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced airport restaurant environment in Colorado.

You will mix drinks, check IDs, maintain bar cleanliness, and handle transactions while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of bartending experience; flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Check IDs to verify alcohol age requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area; wash glassware and tools.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and manage tabs.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure safety.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and specials for guest queries.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages.
