Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets.
• Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts.
• Ensure baggage tags are correct.
• Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags.
• Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers.
• Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations.
