ABM Industries is hiring a Baggage Agent in Cleveland to support the Baggage Service Office and assist customers with delayed, damaged, or pilfered baggage. The role involves coordinating flight details, screening transfers, and ensuring correct baggage tagging and handling.

Overview

The Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage.

Pay: $14 per hour (paid weekly)

Shift: 16 Hours a week

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts

• Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations
