Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and empathy for how their words and decisions affect our employees, customers, and partners. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing passengers’ baggage and addressing related concerns, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting with baggage operations, tagging, TSA coordination, and maintaining equipment while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure, correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
