Job summary

VIP Hospitality, LLC in Seattle is seeking Baggage Services Agents to manage inbound luggage from international flights and oversee baggage distribution at the main terminal. You will assist with over-sized items, ensure hygiene standards, and coordinate with TSA/CBP for smooth operations.

Shift: A afternoon/Evening from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Hourly pay: $20.74. You will work a 24/7/365 operation, maintaining safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented approach required.
• Able to work long hours with minimal supervision.
• Maintain hygiene and wear a provided uniform.
• Operate in a 24/7/365 airport environment.
• Strong verbal communication with guests and staff.
• Experience in airport, event, warehouse, or fast-paced customer service settings.

Responsibilities

• Arrange arriving luggage on the carousel for efficient passenger access.
• Follow airline guidelines for baggage handling and hygiene.
• Assist airline staff to improve passenger experience and safe baggage transfers.
• Support screening of oversized bags under CBP/TSA/Port policies.
• Read tags and place bags on correct belts for passengers.
• Communicate clearly with guests and stakeholders at the airport.
• Use PPE per policy and company guidelines.
• Exercise sound judgment to protect property and airport operations.
• Coordinate safety in emergencies and evacuations.
