Job summary

JSM Airport Services, LLC is seeking a Control Room Operator for a full-time role at Nashville International Airport (BNA). The position involves monitoring Baggage Handling Systems, coordinating staff, and ensuring uninterrupted baggage flow. Training and career development are provided.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and experience with MS Office/ERP. The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 schedule and a commitment of at least one year.

Qualifications

High School/GED required.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
Experience with MS Office, ERP, and similar software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under stress.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Report on BHS alarms/events to inspect, clear jams, and repair equipment.
Coordinate personnel and resources to meet minimum service requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders and BHS inquiries courteously.
Remain attentive to BHS condition to respond to events or blockages.
Proficient with workstations and monitoring applications in the BHS control room.
