Job summary

Lyft in Toronto seeks an Analytics Lead for Airports to drive data-driven decisions shaping pricing, earnings, and growth of airport rides. You will collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and operations to deliver insights that influence product strategy and marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of strategic data science/analytics experience in tech or high-growth startup.
• End-to-end data work: querying, aggregation, analysis, and visualization for actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis; able to deep-dive into large data and draw conclusions.
• Experience leading high-visibility projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication; able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with ownership mindset and results focus.
• Strong business and product sense; can think strategically about complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data and analytics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, focusing on pricing and earnings.
• Establish metrics to measure health of products, business, and rider/driver experiences.
• Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks for monitoring performance.
• Manage models and reporting to provide insights to regional and national teams, on volume and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, eng, marketing, designers, and ops to translate data into decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
