Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data/financial analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Very strong attention to detail; experience creating processes to reduce human error.
• Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis; able to derive insights from large datasets.
• Ability to tell a data-driven story and outline an execution plan to support business goals.
• Exceptional communication skills; can present findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support marketplace operations with analysis, forecasting and reporting for stakeholders.
• Become an expert on marketplace trends and support weekly leadership reporting for Rideshare.
• Develop domain expertise in lever portfolio; support cross-functional improvements and new product initiatives.
• Analyze product and financial levers; provide actionable insights on improvements and growth opportunities.
• Operate within decision-making frameworks to identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Prepare regular business reviews for leadership highlighting key focus areas.
