SkyWest Airlines in Victoria, Texas is seeking a part-time Customer Service/Support agent. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, check baggage, board flights, and rebook as needed, delivering prompt, friendly service and resolving issues to keep operations smooth.

This role requires 18+, valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, background check, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This is a part‑time position.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Duties

Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.
