The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid REAL ID or travel authority, and prior leadership experience in an airline or ground handling context; strong communication and collaboration with contract labor are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.

Responsabilités

• Is responsible for the overall training compliance of their station.
• Lead a team to run a safe, efficient, and effective operation while delivering top notch service to American Airlines customers.
• Oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operation to ensure maximum quality and safety of on-time movement of aircraft through the station.
• Drive accountability to build and manage a strong and motivated team; ensure the right people are in place in the operation.
• Be a visible and active leader of people; actively get in front of employees and establish lines of communication.
