Flik Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a culinary professional to support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations for a premier airline lounge. The role requires expertise in Asian, Cantonese, or Chinese cuisine and premium lounge experience is strongly preferred.

You will help prepare meals, manage operations, and contribute to cost controls while delivering high-quality dining experiences for travelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Experience in Asian, Cantonese or Chinese cuisine.
• Culinary experience in premium airline lounges preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of kitchen personnel engaged in preparation of food service.
• Ensures that high quality food items are creatively prepared and presented cost-effectively.
• Assists in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
• Supports the management of cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervises co-workers to ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen.
