Job summary

Sabre is seeking an Airline IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs that empower airlines to deliver seamless journeys for travelers. You will coordinate engineering, product and support streams while managing scope, budgets and schedules, applying PM best practices and AI-assisted insights.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and ensure contractual commitments are met, all within a flexible, collaborative environment that values bold thinking

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, customer-facing airline IT projects.
• Proven track record managing deployments, budgets, and milestones.
• Expertise in PM methodologies, contracts, and SDLC.
• Strong problem solving and cross-organizational risk management.
• Experience using generative AI or automation to improve visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Airline IT projects from initiation to deployment.
• Guide cross-functional engineering, product, and support workstreams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build trusted relationships with airline project stakeholders through clear status updates and risk management.
• Partner with commercial and delivery teams to ensure project deliverables align with contractual commitments.
• Use generative AI tools and automation to optimize project status tracking, streamline reporting and accelerate risk identification.
