Job summary

Pacific Aviation at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) seeks bilingual Airline Customer Service Agents fluent in English and Vietnamese or Thai to join our part-time team. You will assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival, review documents, and provide courteous bilingual support.

Applicants must be available weekends/holidays, have U.S. work authorization, and be able to work 4–5 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and either Vietnamese or Thai required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with basic computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers through check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.
• Accurately review travel documents and issue boarding passes.
• Offer bilingual assistance to travelers with questions or concerns.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, and airline staff.
• Maintain smooth terminal operations and ensure safety procedures.

Pacific Aviation is seeking bilingual Airline Customer Service Agents fluent in English and any of the following: Vietnamese or Thai to join our part-time team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) in support of Cathay Pacific Airlines. What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist passengers through check-in, boarding, and arrival processes
• Accurately review travel documents and issue boarding passes
• Offer bilingual assistance to travelers with questions or concerns
• Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, and airline staff
• Help maintain a smooth flow of operations in the terminalEnsure compliance with airline procedures and safety standards

What You Bring

• Fluency in English and any of the following: Vietnamese or Thai

• Must be able to work a 4 to 5 hour shift - 4 to 5 days a week

• Shifts:

• 9AM to 1PM

• 10PM - 2AM - $2.00 per hour additional late night shift pay once probation is successfully completed

• Hourly Rate: $21.50 per hour
