Pacific Aviation in Seattle at SEA airport is seeking bilingual Airline Customer Service Agents fluent in Tagalog and English to join our part-time team in support of Cathay Pacific Airlines. This morning shift role is ideal for individuals who enjoy international travel and clear communication.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers through check-in, boarding, and arrival processes, reviewing documents, and providing bilingual support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Tagalog and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills with accurate data entry.
• Ability to stay calm in a busy airport environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work a 4 to 5 hour shift
• 4 to 5 days a week
• Shifts: 9AM - 1PM
• 10PM - 2AM - will include an additional $2.00 per hour for night pay once 90 day probation period is successfully completed
