The role involves assisting passengers with fare quotes, check-in functions, and working at various airport locations.

A high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance from US CBP.
• Able to speak, read and write in English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fare quotes and inquiries.
• Work at the ticket counter, lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, or other terminal areas.
• Maintain professional interaction with passengers and crew.
• Handle cash transactions and data entry.
• Operate computers and other equipment to process information confidentially.
