Abby's Catering, a family-owned airline catering company serving the Houston market, seeks a Director of Operations. This role is hands-on, on the floor, leading from the front during 24/7 operations and coordinating floor teams across cold rooms, dish stations, and ramp logistics.

You will apply EOS principles, drive accountability, and partner with HR, Safety, and Finance to optimize tools, workflows, and performance while maintaining the highest food-safety standards and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Mandatory airline flight catering operations experience.
• EOS methodology knowledge or willingness to implement.
• Proven leadership of large operational teams.
• Budgeting and KPI analytics with Excel.
• Food safety manager certification required.
• Eligibility for US airport badges.

Responsabilités

• Walk the floor daily to inspect and support night shifts, dish wash, cold production rooms, dish/sanitation stations, and ramp transport operations to guarantee flawless execution.
• Oversee daily transport, loading of trucks, and aircraft catering setup to maintain 100% on-time performance and compliance with security protocols.
• Drive operational productivity, reduce waste, and ensure service levels meet airline contractual specs.
