Qualifications

• English proficiency required to read recipes, instructions, and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and production plans.
• Execute batch cooking using proper tools and measurements (scales, scoops, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout the shift and at close.
• Accurately complete food safety and quality (FSQ) logs in real time.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor waste and assist with waste log tracking for quality and cost control.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to leadership.
• Collaborate with Prep Cooks, Helpers, and culinary team members to meet production needs.
