Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to conduct audits across Company departments, maintenance stations, and external providers in accordance with FAA regulations and internal QA standards.

The role requires extensive travel (75%+), strong knowledge of QA processes, and experience with CASS and CASE systems. FAA certificate is preferred; English proficiency is essential. This position is based in the Irving, TX area and supports compliance across our airline network.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Four (4) years of airline or military aviation maintenance experience
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate preferred
• Previous Continuing Analysis Surveillance System (CASS) training preferred
• Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (CASE) level III a plus
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, detailed audits of Company depts, Maintenance stations and outside providers per QA checklists and FAA regs
• Record findings, concerns and observations on QA checklists
• Remain current with Company policies, FAA regs and CASS program content
• Maintain manuals and checklists
• Review past audits and CASE/FAA liaison files to identify repeat findings
• Provide clear audit plans and de-briefs to management and providers
• Coordinate with respondents and confirm overdue actions and responses
• Review CASE list for updated audit dates and provider status
