CAE is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help run and improve our QA system across training centers in the Americas. You will conduct audits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, contractual requirements, and customer needs.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and local auditors to foster a strong quality culture across multiple locations. You will lead audits at CAE Dallas and other sites, establish QA auditor teams, and document

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance auditing in aviation.
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulatory principles.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and prioritization.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-location coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Professional interaction with customers and external parties.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor QA and compliance monitoring across training centers in the Americas.
• Participate in QA audits at CAE Dallas and other locations in the Americas.
• Establish and oversee local QA auditor teams as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document site QA/compliance audits to meet regulations and contractual requirements.
• Maintain records of audits, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure timely follow-up actions and escalation as needed.
• Identify improvements to the QA/monitoring system.
• Verify policies align with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback on training and processes (Q-Pulse/Enlighten/TCOM).
• Produce QA reports by center, jurisdiction, and unit; coordinate quarterly reviews.
