Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a General Manager to oversee compliance and base operations across Flight Ops, Inflight, and Maintenance. You will lead the base management team to ensure safety, On-Time Performance, and customer service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years airline ops experience with 2+ years in management, plus the ability to travel and work flexible hours. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and residency near the airport is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of airline operations experience, including two (2) years of management experience preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years managing cross-functional operations preferred.
• Must reside within 60 minutes of assigned airport location.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities and employee working environments.
• Coordinate base management activities to promote On-Time Performance and cost control.
• Lead the base management team and drive continuous process improvement across departments.
