Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Airfreight to lead the product strategy and lifecycle for airfreight offerings across regions.

You will drive pricing, procurement, partnerships with airlines, and innovation to deliver competitive, profitable solutions. Collaborating with regional and global teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop value propositions, and monitor performance against KPIs, while ensuring alignment with sustainability and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Airfreight, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Experience with airline procurement, pricing, and commercial initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• International airfreight experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Airfreight product strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to develop competitive products.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback for improvements.
• Develop pricing guidance and value propositions; support commercial growth.
• Lead carrier partnerships and procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and drive digitalization.
