Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Technician to perform sheet metal operations, install interior shell panels and complete interior tasks for aircraft preparation. You will work from blueprints, CATIA models, and verbal instructions to fabricate and assemble components with precision, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of aircraft manufacturing or related mechanical experience, or 1 year of A&P Vocational School.
• Ability to work from drawings, sketches, pictures, or verbal specs.
• Ability to use calibrated tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to drill to defined tolerances.
• Ability to access aircraft work stands safely.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, sketches, diagrams, CATIA models, or verbal instructions.
• Perform calculations for angles and dimensions using shop math.
• Modify and check fabricated assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Operate standard shop equipment and aircraft tooling for precision sheet metal operations.
• Install interior shell panels and complete interior operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and document work in logs.
