Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Arkansas is seeking a skilled sheet metal technician to perform sheet metal operations, install interior shell panels and complete interior tasks to prepare aircraft for cabinet installation.

You will read blueprints, sketches, and CATIA models, perform precise calculations, operate shop tools, and ensure work is done safely and on schedule. The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of aircraft manufacturing experience or related mechanical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of aircraft manufacturing or related mechanical experience, or 1 year of A&P vocational school.
• Able to read drawings, sketches, or verbal specifications.
• Must use calibrated tools and set up standard shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, sketches, diagrams, CATIA models, or verbal instructions.
• Perform calculations for angles, circumference, diameter, and bend allowances using shop math.
• Modify completed assemblies and sub-assemblies; perform checks of fabricated items and systems.
• Utilize aircraft tooling to perform precision sheet metal operations and installations.
• Install interior shell panels and complete interior operations.
