Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, with the last years in leadership positions: Lead, Supervisor, Manager.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or PhD can reduce years of experience.
• Experience designing composite and/or metallic airframe structures.
• Proven track record bringing airframe structures from design into production.
• Strong technical leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required.
