As an Airfoil Casting Tooling Project Manager, you will oversee tooling processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will collaborate across functions to manage tooling from quote to retirement, driving improvements and maintaining supplier relationships. This role also requires analytical skills to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
As an Airfoil Casting Tooling Project Manager, you will support the achievement of business outcomes related to tooling through strong operating rhythms, deployment of lean tools, and continuous improvement of processes. This role will directly influence the team's ability to achieve quality and on-time delivery concerning tooling. Requires a high “say do ratio” as well as the ability to process and analyze data and stakeholder feedback to support business decisions.
This role will require up to 20% travel.
