Job summary

RTX is seeking an ESTO TACT IPTL in East Hartford, onsite, to drive turbine airfoil casting hardware approvals. You will coordinate inputs from engineering, quality, materials, and suppliers, track progress, escalate delays, and ensure changes reflect lessons learned and process capability data.

The role requires a STEM degree with substantial engineering experience; Agile, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in STEM; 5 yrs eng exp or 3 yrs with advanced degree
• Experience with airfoils and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning and driving the complete 56C approval workflow for turbine airfoil casting hardware.
• Coordinating inputs from Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Suppliers to ensure timely approvals.
• Tracking status, escalating delays, and maintaining communication with leadership.
• Ensuring that changes incorporate lessons learned, process capability data, and yield-impact risk.
• Supporting cross-functional teams to meet technical and project requirements.
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with organizational goals.
• Providing regular updates on project status and risks to stakeholders.
