Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an Airfield Management Shift Lead to oversee airfield operations during assigned duty periods, ensuring a safe, compliant, and mission-ready airfield. You will act as the on-scene representative for Airfield Management during normal operations, emergencies, and after hours.

Key duties include inspecting runways and lighting, processing NOTAMs, coordinating flight plans, briefing incoming personnel, and maintaining logs and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily airfield inspections and checks to ensure safe runway, taxiway, and lighting conditions.
  • Maintain continuous situational awareness and control of Airfield Management during shifts.
  • Conduct and document shift-change briefings for incoming personnel.
  • Process flight plans, verify accuracy, and manage flight data entries and NOTAMs.
  • Coordinate NOTAMs and Runway Surface Condition readings per Air Force/FAA requirements.
  • Provide airfield condition briefings and coordinate aircrew transportation when needed.
