Job summary

DM Airports LTD in Morristown, NJ seeks an Operations Coordinator I to help ensure safe, efficient airport operations across airfield, fuel farm and security areas. You will inspect surfaces, coordinate with teams, and support emergency response as procedures require.

The role demands physical ability, a valid driver’s license, and clear English communication. Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule, with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screen and physical exam.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enforce airport rules and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct airfield inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure operational safety.
• Assist CBP during international arrivals.
• Manage fuel farm operations, inventory, and invoicing.
• Monitor airport security including access control and cameras.
• Participate in snow removal and manage runway conditions.
• Perform admin tasks and provide operational support during emergencies.
