Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade/vocational training in high voltage electrical systems or AAAE ACE certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain airfield electrical systems and lighting (up to 5,000 volts) with no margin for error.
• Replace transformers for runway, taxiway, and threshold lighting and rebuild/replace light fixtures.
• Perform electrical safety inspections in hangars and ensure FAA safety requirements.
• Respond to air-related emergencies 24/7 and assist with airport improvement projects.
