Jacobs in Colorado is seeking an Aviation Electrical Engineer to join the aviation team. You will plan, design, and review airfield lighting, navigational aids, and related electrical infrastructure, collaborating with engineers and project managers.

The role requires at least five years of aviation electrical experience, familiar with FAA Circulars and UFC criteria, and proficiency in Civil 3D. Hybrid work policy and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation electrical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars and UFC criteria.
• Active PE license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, and review airfield lighting and navigational aids.
• Prepare bids: plans, specs, lighting layout, power distribution.
• Provide construction support: site visits and RFIs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and design teams.
