The ideal candidate has 15+ years in aviation or public facility construction, with at least 10 years on landside airport projects, and experience in airfield paving and construction inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of aviation or public facility construction experience.
• Strong experience with airfield paving projects and construction inspection.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serves as owner’s representative to direct and manage the construction project.
• Plans construction activities to identify milestones and priorities.
• Assists in budgeting and staffing for the defined scope.
• Oversees contractor activity to monitor progress and costs.
