Qualifications

• Must have strong QA and inspection capabilities for construction projects.
• Experience with airfield or pavement resurfacing is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety standards EM 385-1-1 and OSHA is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support three-phase inspection system.
• Provide daily QA reports with detailed on-site observations.
• Review construction contractor progress and submittals.
• Verify as-built drawings and pay requests for accuracy.
• Ensure safety compliance per EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.
• Maintain inspection reports and respond to RFIs and change orders.
• Contribute to pre-final and final inspections and punch lists.
