Responsibilities

• Manage design efforts across all project stages, including mentoring junior engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Prepare and review design submittals, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead or contribute to presentations and peer reviews of design work.
• Conduct site inspections and lead multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 8-12 years of experience.
• PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Experience with aviation design, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Location in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin with ability to travel.
