Job summary

• Experience as USAF aircrew member or in USAF DoD flying/scheduling environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions.
• Coordinates with senior squadron leadership daily and weekly.
• Tracks crewmembers leave, TDY, medical appointments, and scheduling commitments.
• Facilitates schedule changes with mission commander/operations supervisor to maintain full coverage.
• Publishes scheduling data for flight/ground/academic and simulator training events.
