Job summary

LMR Technical Group in Laughlin AFB, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to support recovery and readiness of U.S. Air Force aircrew, focusing on return-to-fly rehabilitation and injury prevention through evidence-based therapy.

The PT will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, integrate PT within the human performance framework, collaborate with HP team, and contribute to research and process improvement; US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in collegiate/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or man-machine high-performance environment.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary HP team for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation and support curriculum development.
• Participate in research and process improvement.
