Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• 3+ years' experience as a PT in military/high-performance environments; recency within last 2 years.
• Current CPR/AED certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross).

• Design, implement, and monitor injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Order imaging, labs, and specialist consultations as needed.
