Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in a U.S. state, territory, or DC.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MTF credentialing and privileging.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
