Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Housing Assistance

Temporary housing assistance: hotel accommodation for the two weeks at no upfront cost; half the amount will be deducted from your first paycheck and the remaining half from your second.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic – III & II (Active FAA A&P Licence) – Kinston, NC; hourly rates, 5-7-10 years’ experience with Aircraft Maintenance on corporate/business jets (Cessna, Bombardier, Gulfstream). Direct hire with benefits (401K, health, paid‑time off, pension). 1‑year contract with per diem splits.
• Aircraft Structures / Sheet Metal Fabrication & Repair Technician – Bloomfield, CT; 7-10 years’ experience with sheet metal fabrication, modification, repair, rivets, fasteners, locks, FAA 145 repair shop environment. Hourly rates, direct hire with benefits, weekly payments, onsite assessment.
• Aircraft Structures / Sheet Metal Fabrication & Repair Technician – Hot Springs, AR; 7-10 years’ experience with sheet metal fabrication & repair, modification, FAA 145 repair shop environment. 1‑year contract, hourly rates, per diem splits ($11/hr), weekly payments, online/virtual interview.
• Aircraft Composite Repair (Bond, Lay‑Ups) Technician – Hot Springs, AR; 7-10 years’ experience with composite repair, bonding, lay‑ups; FAA 145 repair shop environment. 1‑year contract, hourly rates, per diem splits ($11/hr), weekly payments, online/virtual interview.

Candidate Requirements

• Independent candidate, W2/Per Diem, currently working in the United States.
• Must be able to work onsite in any of the mentioned locations.
• Must be able to relocate to the client’s location at own expense.
• Must have own tools kit to bring to the project.
• Must be able to start immediately within 2‑3 weeks.
• Must have a valid USA driving licence with own vehicle.
• Must pass a 10‑year criminal/employment background check.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen test.
