With a predictable 7-on, 7-off schedule and guaranteed hours, this position offers an excellent work-life balance and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly deploy to AOG events and perform effective maintenance in the field.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues in compliance with FAA and OEM standards.
  • Communicate directly with customers, providing clear updates on timelines and expectations.
  • Accurately document all maintenance tasks within internal tracking systems.
  • Ensure the readiness and safety of your assigned MSU vehicle, tools, and inventory.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

Qualifications:

  • A valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is required.
  • At least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG or field service experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with multiple aircraft platforms, such as Gulfstream (GIV-G700), Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Cessna Citation series, King Air, or Embraer (Phenom, Legacy).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Experience with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
  • The ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Guaranteed 80 hours per week with a consistent 7-on, 7-off schedule.
