Job description

Airframe & Powerplant Technician – General Aviation

Location: Georgetown, TX 78628 (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Key Responsibilities: Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and airworthiness checks on General Aviation aircraft, including Piper Archers/Cherokees/Seminoles and Diamond/Mooney/Cessna/Hawker/Cirrus/Beechcraft.

Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of experience with listed aircraft types; active FAA A&P licence.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience, plus benefits: 401(k) & matching, dental, medical, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, health savings account.

Overtime: Time and a half.

QC Inspector – Bombardier / Corporate & Business Jets

Key Responsibilities: Inspect and verify quality control of Bombardier CRJ 200/700/900, Challenger Series, and commercial aviation aircraft (Boeing/Airbus). Ensure compliance with FAR 145, 121, 135.

Qualifications: Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant licence; experience in aircraft quality control, inspections, maintenance, airframe, powerplant, airworthiness.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience with overtime at time and a half.

A&P Technician – Bombardier / Corporate & Business Jets

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair Bombardier and corporate jet aircraft, ensuring airframe and powerplant integrity.

Qualifications: Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant licence; experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and airworthiness.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience with overtime at time and a half.

Avionics Technician – Bombardier / Corporate & Business Jets

Key Responsibilities: Install, complete, and troubleshoot avionics systems, wiring harnesses, and electrical/electronic components.

Qualifications: Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant licence; experience in avionics installation, wiring harnesses, and aircraft electrical/electronic maintenance.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience with overtime at time and a half.

Sheet Metal & Structures Technician – Bombardier / Corporate & Business Jets

Key Responsibilities: Repair, fabricate, and modify aircraft sheet metal and structures, including riveting, fasteners, drilling, shearing, bending, and blueprinting.

Qualifications: Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant licence; experience in sheet metal repair, fabrication, modification, and use of hand and power tools.

Location: Tucson, AZ 85756 or Bridgeport, WV 26330 (Onsite from Day 1).

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience; per diem splits: Tucson $15.45/hr taxable, remainder non‑taxable; Bridgeport $8.75/hr taxable, remainder non‑taxable.

Overtime: Time and a half.

Additional Benefits: 2‑week hotel assistance at no upfront cost (reimbursed entries). Weekly payment methods available.

Contract: 1‑year direct client opportunity.

General Requirements (All Roles)

• Independent candidate capable of working on W2 or per diem.
• Currently employed in the United States.
• Must work onsite at designated locations and willing to relocate if necessary at own expense.
• Must own personal tools kit.
• Must start within 2–3 weeks.
• Valid USA driving licence.
• Must pass a 10‑year criminal, employment background check, and pre‑employment drug screen.
