Aircraft Integration Technician

Akkodis is seeking an Aircraft Integration Technician for an aviation/aerospace company located in Mojave, CA. As an Aircraft Integration Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of aerospace innovation, helping bring a one-of-a-kind concept to life. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to aviation history in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Base Pay Range

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Pay Range: $45-$60/hr. Contract position to start!

Job Responsibilities

• Build and integrate complex mechanical and hydro‑mechanical systems, including fuel systems, landing gear, hydraulics, flight control systems, and environmental control systems.
• Coordinate with engineering and leads for assembly and install process with minimal work instructions.
• Adapt to evolving designs and requirements in a dynamic prototype environment.
• Install line‑replaceable units (LRUs) and associated mechanical components.
• Perform structural installations, including bonding and fastening on composite structures.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to execute precise assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the build process.
