Job summary

UPS Airlines is seeking an Aircraft Systems Engineer to develop engineering solutions that support safety, reliability and airworthiness policies for a global fleet. You will design repairs and modifications and coordinate with manufacturers to improve aircraft performance.

This role offers office-based work with opportunities to travel and engage with Boeing, Airbus, and MRO facilities, requiring strong analytical skills and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Will not require sponsorship to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and maintain aircraft systems and components.
• Manage projects from initiation through funding and implementation.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, vendors, and manufacturers to improve reliability.
