Qualifikationen

• Identify fasteners: rivet, blind rivet, screw, hi-lok, bolt or lock bolt.
• Read and interpret blueprints, process data sheets & manuals.
• Perform cleaning, corrosion prevention and finish applications.
• Use precision tools to drill, measure and fit metallic/composite parts.
• Adhere to safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Identify fasteners and differentiate rivet types and lock bolts.
• Read blueprints, data sheets and maintenance manuals.
• Demonstrate corrosion control, cleaning and finish application skills.
• Remove/install access panels, repair structural components.
• Carry out precision measurements and drilling within tight tolerances.
• Fabricate, locate, trim, drill/ream, and assemble metallic/composite parts.
• Install rivets, blind fasteners and related hardware.
• Maintain compliance with process and regulatory requirements.
